Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, cookies, and how to reach us, all in one place. This page describes what Ad Nuggets actually does, not boilerplate: every data point and integration listed below reflects the real product.
Ad Nuggets ("we", "us", the "Service") aggregates publicly available RSS/news feeds covering advertising, ad tech, and media, and provides research tools (Account Radar, Brands & Agency intelligence, AdTech vendor profiles, Deals & M&A tracking, People Moves, and related features) built on top of that data. For every article, we display the title, an excerpt, and a link back to the original publisher; we do not republish or rehost full article content.
Ad Nuggets Free is a complete product, not a time-limited trial: the news feed, Brands & Agency, AdTech, Calendar, Glossary, and a capped set of favorites are free indefinitely, with no account required for most of it.
Ad Nuggets Pro (and Pro Business, API Starter, API Business) are paid subscriptions billed monthly through Stripe. The individual Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial: your card is authorized at signup but not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time before then at no cost.
You can cancel any paid subscription at any time via the Stripe billing portal, available from the account menu ("Manage billing") or from the pricing page ("Manage subscription"), without contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing; unless required otherwise by law, payments already made are not refunded for the current billing period, but you keep Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for.
Revenue, headcount, market share, and similar figures shown across the Brands & Agency and AdTech sections are estimates compiled from public sources (annual reports, press releases, news coverage) and may not be fully accurate or current. Always verify against primary sources before making business decisions. If you spot an error, every profile has a "Suggest a correction" link, and we review and update these regularly.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or abusive use. You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time (see Contact).
The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for business decisions made using data or estimates shown on the Service. Nothing here limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We built Ad Nuggets' own analytics rather than embedding Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar third-party trackers: the data below is everything we collect, in one list, not a summary of a longer one.

We do not collect precise geolocation, and we do not buy or sell personal data to third parties.

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Free-account usage history (read/favorite history) is retained for a shorter rolling window than Pro accounts to keep the database lean. You can request deletion at any time; see Contact.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email hello@adnuggets.com and we'll handle it directly, with no support ticket system to navigate.
Ad Nuggets aggregates RSS feeds and shows title + excerpt + source link only for every article; we link to the original publisher rather than rehosting content. Brand, agency, and AdTech vendor profiles combine public filings, press releases, and news coverage into estimates; they are not sourced from any confidential or proprietary third-party dataset.
